Islamabad : Central Leader of Pakistan Muslim League (N) Makhdoom Javed Hashmi Tuesday said that restoration of deposed judges is the pre-condition for formation of a consensus government in the center. Javed Hashmi who won the national assembly seats from three constituencies was of the opinion that parties intending to form a coalition government at center will have to agree on the independence of judiciary and free media, Geo Television reported.
