Lahore : Chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) and MMA’s general secretary, Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman, has felicitated Pakistan People’s Party and PML-Nawaz over their success in the general elections-2008.
According to a media release, he said this in a telephonic conversation with Maulana Mohammed Amjad Khan of JUI on Tuesday Feb 19.
He said JUI’s role for the country’s politics would be clear in the next few days.
Maulana Fazal lauded that the nation actively participated in the elections, saying people’s decision is completely acceptable to him and his party.
