The cashed-up trio, dressed in fitted shirts and designer jeans, spent more than an hour trying on the latest gear while bobbing their heads to songs by pop stars Britney Spears and Rihanna which blared through the in-store speakers, reports The Daily Telegraph. Harbhajan got right into the spirit by wearing an Ed Hardy shirt.

The three, who play Australia Sunday at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG), left with a whopping bill of A$9,120.

Included in the spree were 16 T-shirts, six hoodies, six belts, six caps and three pairs of boxer shorts.

Harbhajan pocketed $850,000 when snapped up by Mumbai, the same franchise that also has Tendulkar as its icon.

Harbhajan was in good spirits Thursday and even quipped about playing alongside Andrew Symonds, the Australian all-rounder with whom he clashed during the Sydney Test.

“I’m happy to play with whoever is on my side,” Harbhajan said, when asked about playing alongside Australians.

“I was actually hoping to play with him (Andrew Symonds), but unfortunately Hyderabad signed him. Maybe there’s next year,” he said.

Harbhajan expected the Indian Premier League (IPL) to be a roaring success. But he was surprised Australian captain Ricky Ponting was sold for only $400,000.

Yuvraj Singh said while Twenty20 was “great entertainment”, Test cricket would always remain his top priority.

No doubt shopping will also be a priority for all three players should the big bucks continue to roll in.
