According to a report by the government Minju Joson newspaper, though the PDRK has fulfilled its commitments, it has been forced to reduce the pace in the closure of the nuclear facilities.

All events show that the denuclearization of the Korean peninsula totally depends in the fulfilment of the agreements by all nations involved in the process, including the United States, says the text.

The daily, quoted by KCNA agency, recalls that participants in the six-way talks are forced to act under the principle of action for action.

China, the US, Russia, Japan, South Korea, and PDRK are taking parts in those talks since 2003.
