Bangalore : Leading telecom service provider Tata Indicom will offer long-distance calls at 50 paise per minute to its post-paid mobile customers in Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu, the company announced here Friday.
Under its “south corridor pack”, the service will be available to Tata subscribers at a monthly rental of Rs.75 for calling any phone in these three southern states.
“This attractive offer is targeted at heavy mobile users for providing maximum value. We will introduce such innovative products to enhance value proposition for our customers,” Tata Teleservices’ chief operating officer, Karnataka circle, Sanjay Vohra, said in a statement.
The offer, however, will not be applicable while roaming.
With presence in 4,000 towns across 20 circles spanning the country, Tata Indicom offers integrated telecom solutions using CDMA technology for its wireless network to a customer base of 21 million.
