This was assured by chief minister Ghulam Nabi Azad in the House today after National Conference legislators blamed the government for shielding the guilty.

Soon after the chief minister completed his reply over governor’s address in the lower house today, National Conference MLA Ali Muhammad Sagar asked as why government was shying away in tabling the Kundal Committee report.

Responding to the query Chief Minister Ghulam however made it clear that no minister has been directly found guilty in the report.

However, he was soon confronted by the Leader of opposition Abdul Rehim Rather who said that if there is nothing wrong in the report then why government is hesitating to make it public.

Azad later assured that the committee report would be tabled before the House on Wednesday.

The chief minister further said that no minister has been found involved directly in the report and government has implemented all the recommendations made in the report. “We have implemented it by referring the cases of accused officers to crime branch and vigilance organization”, he said.
