Moscow : Russian Prime Minister Victor Zubkov entrusted Federal Service of Technical and Ecological Inspection with shortly initiating a careful inspection of gas facilities and gas distributing entities all around the country.
The administration intervened in this matter after several explosions this month, believed to be caused by manipulation of the combustible in homes, with 15 deaths.
The companies that supply gas for the population will also be inspected in an effort to avoid fatal accidents, indicated a source of the institution cited by Ecos de Moscow radio.
Regional authorities will also check the technical state of the system in residential buildings and homes.
So far, experts from the Ministry of Emergency Situations associate the gas explosions with human error.
