According to the report on local newspaper Bangkok Post’s web news, Somsak insisted that Chart Thai does not pressure Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej about the reshuffle.

“There is no such a dinner scheduled … and there is no pressure for the prime minister to reshuffle the Cabinet,” he said.

He said it is Samak’s right to decide whether there would be a reshuffle or not.

It is widely speculated that Samak will reshuffle the Cabinet recently since its foreign minister Noppadon Pattama and Deputy Prime Minister Mingkwan Saengsuwan were under heavily attacked for their policies. However, the premier said on Sunday that no reshuffle was under scheduled so far.
