New Delhi : Samajwadi Party chief Mulyam Singh Yadav Monday went for a check-up at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here, party and hospital sources said.
“He had gone to the hospital for a routine check-up. There is nothing to worry,” a party source told IANS.
Hospital sources said the politician had stomach ache. As he was detected with a gastric problem, he was given medicine and he left.
Yadav had come to Delhi from Ginaur in Uttar Pradesh Monday.
The sources said Yadav, who is in the limelight after extending support to the Congress over the contentious India-US civil nuclear deal, has been travelling a lot, which impacted his health.
