New Port (Rhode Island) : India’s Prakash Amritraj’s ís out of the doubles at the Hall of Fame Tennis Championship. He and his Luxembourg partner Gilles Muller went down in straight sets to South African Rik de Voest and Ashley Fisher of Australia in the quarter-finals.
The unseeded pair of Voest-Fisher didn’t break much sweat as they comfortably beat the wild card entrants 6-4,6-2.
Voest-Fisher now face fourth seeded India-Pakistan pair of Rohan Bopanna and Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi who beat South Africans Kevin Anderson and James Cerretani 7-6 (4), 3-6, 10-7.
