New Delhi : Mani Charenamei, MP from outer Manipur, Tuesday said the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government had assured him that the Common Minimum Programme (CMP) of governance would be re-examined.
Participating in the debate on the vote of confidence for the UPA government in the Lok Sabha, Charenamei said his demand was that the boundaries of the northeastern states be reviewed.
He said he had decided to support the UPA government on the trust vote on the assurance that the CMP would be re-examined.
