New Delhi : Reliance Infrastructure Ltd, a part of the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG), has signed an agreement with Shanghai Electric Corp of China to tap business opportunities in the Indian power sector, the company announced Tuesday.
In a regulatory statement, Reliance Infrastructure said the agreement also proposes a joint venture for setting up manufacturing facilities of boilers, turbines and generators in India.
The agreement will be valid for five years.
