Five killed in three aeroplanes crash in Italy

Rome : Three Italians amongst them a soldier, as well as two Brits were killed in three separate aeroplane crashes across Italy on Sunday.

Turin police announced that a private jet carrying four passengers; a couple from Milan and two Brits, crashed in a forest in the Italian region of the Alps.

The four were found dead amongst the blazing ruins of the jet.

Seperatly, an NH90 helicopter belonging to the Italian Air-Force crashed into the shores of the Lake Bracciano northwest of Rome.

The helicopter was performing an air display on the occasion of Italy’s coming Republic Day tomorrow, when it crashed into the lake flipping several times then crashing on the lake’s shore killing its captain.

The crew of the aircraft survived the incident.

In another incident, a plane belonging to the Italian Civil Protection crashed in the Lake Avigliana to which its two passengers survived.
