The court observed that the government was wrong not to issue the passport to the children only because their father is an accused and absconding. The children, son Yaseen, daught Sana and Lubna are in Dubai. When the blast took place they were minors. The court said that because of their father’s criminal activities, the children cannot be denied entry to their country India.
