Ranchi : With an eye on the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections, the Jharkhand unit of the Bharatitya Janata Party (BJP) has decided to launch a campaign against the rising prices and alleged corruption in the state.
The two issues dominated discussions at the two-day state BJP executive committee meeting that began here Saturday.
“Two resolutions were passed in the executive committee meeting. There was the political resolution and the second was related to the price rise,” said state BJP general secretary Dineshanand Goswami.
“The meeting also reviewed agitations launched in past against corruption and the price rise and discussed the future strategy to reach out to people and expose the state government,” he added.
