Islamabad : Pakistan has rejected the US Naval Research Laboratory s proposal offering help in the preparation of geological surveys and maps, officials said.
Pakistan s Defense Ministry has issued a letter directing all the concerned departments not to accept any such proposal by any foreign institution, because the matter could involve a security risk.
The US Geological Survey and Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) had offered their help in the preparation of Pakistan s geological surveys and maps.
