Kuwait : Fourth constituency candidate Dr. Dhaifallah Bouramiah criticized absence of cooperation between legislative and executive authorities during era of the dissolved parliament.
At the inauguration of his campaigning headquarters in the district of Andalus on Saturday, Bouramiah hoped that “aspirations of the citizens would be met in the upcoming phase … and view cooperation between both authorities to upgrade the state infrastructure, health and educational sectors as well as housing services.” He called for upgrading the citizens’ living conditions in light of the enormous surplus of the financial surplus, resulting from the hike in oil prices, to cope with tough living conditions, namely with the soaring prices of commodities and foodstuff “that exhaust Kuwaiti families budgets.” The fourth constituency groups 18 areas and has more than 93,000 eligible voters of whom some 55,000 are women.
