Colonel Ihsan Al-Owaish, the security official at Muhalhil Al-Mudhaf Elementary School in Shaab, first constituency, told KUNA that men and women had stood in line early this morning and the voting began at exactly 8:00 a.m.
Moreover, he said cars were not allowed to come within 100 meters of the polling stations in order to avoid crowding at the school gates.
