“I have not done anything special in the tournament so far, but it’s not a concern for me. The team is doing well and I just hope we continue to perform,” Yuvraj said Friday on the eve of their match against Delhi Daredevils.

The left-hander has scored 172 runs in nine matches with just one half-century in the tournament.

Yuvraj said he would have been more concerned, had be been going through a bad form in Tests or one-dayers.

“This is Twenty20 cricket, I do not think it’s (form) that worrying. I would have been more worried had it been Test or one-day internationals,” he said.

Kings XI Punjab are second in IPL points tally with 12 points from six wins. Yuvraj said his side cannot afford to relax against the Daredevils as they are a formidable side.

Yuvraj said the top order batsmen have done well and lavished praise on opener Shaun Marsh, son of former Australian batsman Geoff Marsh, for his consistent performance.

“He has been performing really well. He did not get a chance at the start and when he had his chance, nobody knew how he would fare. He has given us good starts and his confidence will be sky-high because he has played against the best bowlers of the world,” Yuvraj said.
