Islamabad : A Pakistan military spokesman said on Thursday that the army has no information about where Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden is hiding.
Major General Athar Abbas made the remarks at a seminar held in Islamabad while answering a question from Xinhua about recent reports that Osama bin Laden is hiding in the Karakoram range along Pakistan’s border.
A Dubai-based Arabic television network said the Central Investigation Agency (CIA) of the United States has located bin Laden in the “rooftop of the world.”
The media also reported that the U.S. security and military officials had a top-level meeting at a military base in Qatar’s capital Doha to plan an operation to hunt for bin Laden.
