Wellington : The election campaign in New Zealand moved into its final four weeks on Sunday, with four parties formally launching their campaigns in Auckland.
The ruling Labor party and the largest opposition National party booked the big venues, with Labor at the Town Hall and National at the Skycity convention center.
The ACT Party was at Alexandra Park in Epsom, while United Future’s launch was at the Library Cafe in Onehunga. Both Nationaland ACT said their main focus will be the economy, while United Future wanted to talk about families and standards of living, the Newstalk ZB Radio reported.
New Zealand will hold its general election on Nov. 8.
