Bhopal : The manifesto of the Bharatiya Janata Party for the upcoming Madhya Pradesh polls, due in November, is ready and would be released anytime, said a party leader Tuesday.
Election Manifesto Committee Convenor Thawarchand Gehlot told reporters that the draft of the party manifesto has been prepared after hectic deliberations and the party’s state president would announce it soon.
Gehlot said the manifesto has been prepared keeping in mind the work done by the government in the state.
The draft manifesto, he said, contains both the points of the 2003 election manifesto and fresh suggestions. He, however, claimed that 90 percent of promises that were made in the run-up to 2003 state polls have been fulfilled.
