New Delhi : A suspected Harkat-ul-Jihad-e-Islami (HuJI) terrorist was shot dead Friday in a prolonged gun battle between security forces and militants holed up inside a flat in south Delhi’s Jamia Nagar, police said.
An inspector of the Delhi Police has also suffered bullet injuries.
Four to five terrorists are feared to be inside the Jamia Nagar’s L-18 flat, near a mosque. Police have evacuated residents near the flat.
