Patna : An employee of a chain of diamond and jewellery stores was gunned down here when he resisted criminals who tried to snatch his bag and motorcycle, the police said Sunday.
Sunil Kumar, 32, of Nakshatra Diamond Jewellers was killed Saturday night near Sipara area when two bullets pierced his head, police officer J.P. Rai said. The attackers escaped.
