Lucknow: The Muslims of India are facing a very tough and tricky question “Whether Kalyan Singh could be forgiven?” A national conference on this very topic was held here yesterday at the Gandhi Auditorium. It was organized by All India Tahaffuz-e-Islam Council.
In this national conference the speakers seemed unanimous that Muslim can never forgive a person who demolished the House of Allah. The issue was so hotly debated that the ulema were of the view that the crime committed by Kalyan Singh is very serious.
The series of communal and anti-Muslim riots that was unleashed in the aftermath of Babri Mosque demolition in various parts of the country is still continuing. Maharashtra and Gujarat are the worst manifestations of this anti-Muslim wave which resulted in heavy loss of lives and properties of Muslims chiefly.
