Islamabad : Part of the Mumbai conspiracy was hatched in Pakistan and a case has been registered to prosecute those responsible, Interior Minister Rehman Malik said Thursday.
“Some part of the conspiracy has taken place in Pakistan,” Malik said at a press conference here to detail the progress made in Islamabad’s probe into the Nov 26-29, 2008, Mumbai carnage that claimed the lives of more than 170 people, including 26 foreigners, and injured over 300.
“We have lodged an FIR into the case,” Malik added.
