New Delhi: Ghulam Hasnain Massodi has been appointed Additional Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court by the President of India today for a period of two years.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 100-A of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, “the President is pleased to appoint Shri Gh. Hasnain Massodi to be an Additional Judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court for a period of two years with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office,” reads a brief statement of the Union Ministry of Law & Justice.
