Beijing : More than 810,000 Beijing residents have been told to start work 30 minutes late from Monday as part of efforts to ease the city’s worsening traffic congestion, a media report said Monday.
According to China Daily, the regulation mainly affects those employed with the Beijing municipality and some government departments.
