New Delhi : City-based corporate law firm Kochhar and Co. has partnered with law firms of Khalid Alnowaiser in Saudi Arabia and Mohammad Issa Odeh (MIO) in the United Arab Emirates.

Law firms of Khalid Al Nowaiser in Jeddah and Riyadh provide legal services to national and multinational corporations with business operations in Saudi Arabia and Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
While MIO lawyers and legal consultants offer legal opinions to corporate customers such as banks, engineering establishments, insurance companies and many international business groups.
This partnership will cover the entire length and breadth of legal representations in areas such as commercial transactions, banking and finance, arbitration, Islamic finance and infrastructure projects.

The Middle East business activities such as oil and gas exploration, construction of modern townships, IT parks, free trade zones, power projects, building metros, roads and highways require a myriad of complex legal and finance documentation and structure.
Recently, the firm also established itself in Japan. It acts as Indian counsel for some of the largest multinational corporations from North America, Europe, South-East Asia and Japan.
