Livni chides Britain to arrest her over alleged war crimes

London : Former Israeli foreign minister Tzipi Livni claims that she is willing to run the gauntlet and visit Britain to see if she is arrested for alleged war crimes.
Livni, who was forced to cancel a visit to London in December after a warrant was issued against her, said she wanted to test promises made by Foreign Secretary David Miliband to make Israeli leaders immune from arrest under universal jurisdiction.
