Gaza : Five Palestinian were reported injured in an Israeli shelling of homes near the town of Beit Lahya north of the Gaza Strip.
Dr. Mouawiya Hassanain, head of ambulances and emergencies, told KUNA that the injured, who were of the same family, were rushed to the Martyr Kamal Adwan Hospital. He said that injuries were slight to moderate.
Three Palestinians were hurt in an Israeli shelling and armed clashes with army troops in Gaza yesterday.
