MNC executive abducted, robbed in Gurgaon

Gurgaon: An executive of a multinational company was abducted by three robbers from outside his office here at gun point, driven around in a car for more than two hours and robbed, police Thursday said.

“The three men picked him from Golf Course Road Wednesday and took him around the city for more than two hours. After robbing him they dumped him in Sector 15,” a senior police officer said.

The man identified as Rahul Sharma, was waiting for an auto when the incident took place.

“It was 8 p.m. when an Indica car stopped in front of me and the person rolled down the window. I thought they want to know some address but as I reached near the car, they dragged me inside,” Sharma said. The robbers then tied his hands and blind-folded him.

“They took my ATM card and withdrew Rs.50,000. They dumped me in Sector 15,” he added.

A case of robbery has been registered at the Sushnat Lok police station. No arrests have been made so far.
