Riyadh : Four workers were killed when they were hit by rocks while drilling for a sanitation project in the Western Saudi city of Medina, the Saudi newspaper al-Jazeera reported Sunday.
Two injured have been taken to the hospital and two others are feared dead as rescue teams continue search efforts in the rubble at the site in the northern area of the city.
