Yavatmal (Maharashtra) : Three brothers died Wednesday after inhaling a poisonous gas in a well where they had gone down to repair their boring pump, police here said.
“Three brothers, residents of Mahagaon tehsil were working on their farm on Mudana road. The boring machine in their well stopped working and two of them descended in the well to repair it,” D.A. Thosare, senior police inspector of Mahagaon police station told IANS.
“When the duo did not come out for a long time, the third brother also went down the well. All three were brought out dead by neighbours,” Thosare added.
All of them were aged between 25-27 years.
