St. Petersburg (Russia) : Second-seeded Rohan Bopanna of India and Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi of Pakistan saved a match point before rallying to a 3-6, 7-6(4) 10-1 victory over Serbians Janko Tipsarevic and Viktor Troicki to enter the semi-finals of the $663,750 St. Petersburg Open tennis tournament.
It took the ‘Indo-Pak Express’ 84 minutes to outlast the Serbian pair here Thursday.
Bopanna-Qureshi next play third-seeded Slovaks Filip Polasek and Igor Zelenay.
