“It seems that the State Government has lost its control on police and paramilitary troops as on one hand Centre claims the willingness of revoking of AFSPA from some parts of valley including Srinagar and Budgam Districts as a token of good gesture towards the Kashmiri but on the other hand the State government is not making any serious effort to stop the chain of killing in the Valley” KPSS said in a statement to Agence India Press.

Lack of coordination between State and Centre on Kashmir issue has always ensued unrest in the Valley which has advantaged vested interests to cash it for their personal benefits the statement read.

KPSS requested and suggest the people who have stake to solve the issue in the given ambit favoring everyone to which the first step will be stopping the killing of Kashmiri’s.

KPSS also appealed people not to indulge in stone pelting which gives reasons and excuses for the local police to use and justify the excess force against the common people.
