Jaipur : Resident doctors in Rajasthan Tuesday called off their three-day strike that had crippled medical services in six government medical colleges and their affiliated hospitals.
“The strike has been called off,” said K.K. Sahu, president of the Jaipur Association of Resident Doctors.
According to media reports, at least 55 patients lost their lives during the stir. Doctors were protesting police assault on their colleagues at Jodhpur’s M.D.M. Medical College following a minor scuffle Saturday night.
