The groups expressed deep sorrow at the verdict which they said is based more on faith and astha than facts and evidence.
Muhammad Saeed Noori, General Secretary, Raza Academy said: “The decision has saddened us and only Supreme Court will decide the dispute.” He appealed to Muslims to stay calm and have patience.

MSO General Secretary Advocate Shahnawaz Warsi said the verdict is based on faith and astha of Hindus not on the facts and evidence. When it was proved the mosque was not built after demolishing any mandir then why law became secondary to faith. He said the door is open to move Supreme Court.
