New Delhi : Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh Sunday said that the Lokpal Bill drafting committee should consult political parties while working out the anti-graft law.
“The drafting committee can call members of other political parties and discuss (it). They (parties) should be called for discussions,” Singh told reporters here.
The first meeting of the drafting committee was held Saturday to discuss procedures for drawing up a stringent anti-graft law. The next meeting is scheduled for May 2 and the committee will submit its report by June 30.
