Islamabad : A huge blast took place late Friday night at a NATO oil tanker terminal in northwest Pakistan bordering Afghanistan, while at least four oil tankers were torched by militants in the southwest, a media report said Saturday.
The terminal is situated in Torham town in Khyber Agency, Xinhua reported.
This was the second attack on NATO oil tankers in Pakistan Friday. Four NATO oil tankers were torched in the afternoon by militants near Quetta, capital of Balochistan province.
Currently about 70 percent of NATO supplies are shipped into Afghanistan through two border ports in Pakistan – the Chaman port in Balochistan and the Torham port.
