Mumbai : Infrastructure and engineering major Larsen and Toubro’s (L&T) construction division Thursday said it has bagged orders worth Rs.1,181 crore during the third quarter of the current fiscal.
“L&T’s Building and Factories Independent Company has secured orders worth Rs.1,181 crore during the third quarter for the construction of residential buildings and factories including specialised support facility building,” the company said in a regulatory filing.
According to the filing, the company has bagged orders worth Rs.558 crore for construction of residential buildings, while orders worth Rs.298 crore were secured for construction of factories.
“A turnkey project has been secured from a major client worth Rs.325 crore for the design and construction of a specialised support building facility,” the filing further said.
According to the company, the new orders have further enhanced the order book of the company, as it has already secured major design and construction projects for airports, IT parks and residential spaces.
