Lucknow: A probe team of Samajwadi Party (SP) will visit the violence affected Asalat Nagar Bagha village in Moradabad on July 16. The team will probe the incidents of violence, alleged desecration of holy Quran and misbehavior with women by police on July 6.
The area was engulfed in violence after the incident in which DIG received serious injuries. The probe team will include MP Mithilesh Kumar, Iqbal Mahmood and Shahid Manzoor, Sarojini Agarwal MLC and district unit president of Badayun, Banwari Singh Yadav. The team will submit its report to the state president Akhilesh Yadav within two days of its visit.
