Shimla : Himachal Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal, who was indisposed for the past three days, was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi Saturday after he suffered fever and stomach infection.
Dhumal was suffering from diarrhoea and was hospitalised at the Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital (IGMCH) here.
“His diarrhoea was under control but he was suffering from fever,” an IGMCH doctor said.
He said Dhumal was referred to the AIIMS for further medical examination. He flew to Delhi in the afternoon.
