Raipur : At least four people were killed and 16 others were injured Friday when a mini-bus overturned in Chhattisgarh’s Raigarh district, police said.
The accident took place at Kharasia town, some 175 km from here, when the bus was on its way to Raigarh town from Shivrinarain, a religious place.
The speeding private mini-bus had about 25 passengers. Four people were killed on the spot, officials at the police heaquarters here said.
The injured were taken to a government hospital in Raigarh. Those killed were yet to be identified.
