Puducherry : It is a neck and neck race in Puducherry as the ruling Congress-led alliance and the opposition front led by All India NR Congress (AINRC) had won four seats each till Friday afternoon in the 30-member assembly.
The AINRC is leading in five seats and the Congress in two.
The Congress is eyeing a hat-trick of victories, having ruled here for two terms.
