Beijing : Seven people were killed and 31 injured Monday when a massive explosion rocked a fast food restaurant in northwest China, authorities said.
The deafening blast took place in Xi’an, capital of Shaanxi province, following a liquefied petroleum gas leak, reported Xinhua.
The explosion shattered windows in nearby buildings and destroyed several cars in the neighbourhood. A doctor said many of the wounded received head injuries.
