New Delhi : President Pratibha Patil Monday greeted the nation on Durga Puja, saying the festival inspires us to work for the unity and well-being of the country.

“Durga Puja represents the triumph of truth, righteousness and virtue over evil,” the president said.

“May this great festival inspire us to work for the unity and well-being of the country, and build a society in which peace and harmony always prevail,” she added.
