Dhaka : The protocol on using Bangladesh’s Chittagong and Mongla ports by India may be signed by March 31 next year, government sources say.
The date will be finalised during Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s Dhaka visit that began Tueday, the Daily Star reported.
A joint working committee will be formed for identifying routes, fixing fees and setting rules for transit.
