The mutawalli of graveyard Mohd Yousuf has filed the case to stop illegal grabbing of the land. When for five years administration did not take notice of his complaint he approached the court.

In 2005 he filed a case in High Court in which the petitioner was “Allah Taala” owner of the Waqf and the respondent was Shobha Tandon who was a member of Zila Panchayat. Yousuf himself did all the persuasion of the case. As per him, the waqf land is owned by Allah only so he did this. The case was not only accepted, “Allah Taala” even got a stay from the high court for maintaining status quo on the land. Another case in this regard has been registered at 406/2012 at Civil Judge, Amroha. This is also between “Allah Taala” and Shobha Tandon. Yousuf is also
