New Delhi: The Delhi Police headquarters will shift to a new twin tower block of nine-storeys at Parliament Street in two years, an officer said Thursday.
The present headquarters located at ITO in central Delhi will shift to the new premises, also in central Delhi, spread over eight acres and would be built at a cost of Rs.202 crore, he said.
“An agreement was signed here by Delhi Police Commissioner Neeraj Kumar with a Mumbai- based company for construction of the building within 840 days,” the police officer told IANS.
